Ceux-ci peuvent inqui\u00e9ter les adolescent.e.s et les parents<\/strong> : transformations physiques, psychologiques, \u00e9motionnelles, sexuelles\u2026 La capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation est parfois mise \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve. Comment alors faire face le plus sereinement possible \u00e0 ce passage \u00e0 l’\u00e2ge adulte<\/strong> ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La th\u00e9rapie de l’adolescent.e traverse et s’ajuste<\/strong> de l’\u00e2ge de la pubert\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e2ge de la premi\u00e8re sexualit\u00e9. Je distingue donc les besoins th\u00e9rapeutiques de l’adolescent.e entre son jeune \u00e2ge et l’\u00e2ge de sa majorit\u00e9 sexuelle (entr\u00e9e en lyc\u00e9e).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La place des parents est essentielle<\/strong> et se construit autour de la maturit\u00e9 de l’adolescent.e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est l’\u00e2ge de la naissance de l’individu<\/strong>, et comme une mue, son environnement sera d\u00e9cisif. Si celui-ci est ins\u00e9curisant, une fragilit\u00e9 peut se manifester et les d\u00e9fenses psychiques peuvent \u00eatre mises \u00e0 mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mon r\u00f4le sera donc de soutenir ce qui se joue au sein du psychisme de l’adolescent<\/strong>.e<\/strong>, car c’est la p\u00e9riode de sa vie o\u00f9 la rencontre de l’alt\u00e9rit\u00e9 est en jeu. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
